Montana’s Senior Nursing Students got a little taste of what life is like as a Registered Nurse during the Practice Transition Conference in Helena this month. You should have seen the room! Over one hundred Senior Nursing Students from around the state gathered together to discuss their transition into the Nursing Profession. We tried to capture on video the entire room doing squats to “Bring Sally Up,” but our technological skills failed us!

We believe our future nurses should have all the support and resources they need prior to entering into the profession and joining a Nurse Residency Program. We were thrilled to meet the newest face of nursing and are looking forward to welcoming them into the ranks! At this year’s conference, we discussed the ups and downs of nursing and how resiliency can help set you up for success.
